[SOLVED] I Just built a new system and I cannot boot to BIOS (no display) ?

I have done a great deal of troubleshooting.
swapped all cables
switched memory
switched video cards
switched monitors

I have not flashed BIOS yet
Do I just need to purchase an AMD 5 "G" series CPU?
Where would you suggest I go from here?

The Asus Prime B450M-A II Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard supports the AMD Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor with BIOS version 0310. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version, updating the BIOS will be necessary to support the CPU.

The motherboard box says:

If I flash BIOS do I go with version 0310 or the latest version?

You have the newest BIOS but many of those boards loose support for the first gen RYZEN CPU to gain compatibility with the later generations

Any 5000 series should work.

Ryzen 5 1600X is first generation, comparable 5000 series is Ryzen 5 5600X and considerably faster.

I did not find any info on your board whether it has this problem but many of the B450 boards do.
