Hello!

TL;DR - This is my first gamer PC and I picked the wrong memory, A LOT of app crashes, computer is impossible to use.

The manufacturer says the memory is incompatible with the motherboard.I found the Memory QVL from ASRock website (https://pg.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z690 Phantom Gaming 4D5/index.asp#Memory) and I don't know which one is a good option.

I've been reading some bad reviews related to ddr5 5200 MHz.

Furthermore, I live in Brazil, so I have limited options in the market :(

Please help me to pick a decent memory kit :)Here is what I can get:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If you're able to get to BIOS, can you see if you have any BIOS updates pending?! Which two slots are you populating on the motherboard with your ram kit?

For your board, I'd stick to DDR5-5200Mhz or slightly higher since the max listed on the spec sheet for the board is 5800MHz+ which is a theoretical number unless you run with one stick of ram.

sup :)
oh I have updated the BIOS, it fixed a CPU overheat problem.
I tried all combinations, even single channel. But I am using slot a2 b2, recommended for dual channel. The crashes are VERY CONSTANT when using both slots. Single channel in b2 is the most stable i found until now.

Im planning to get XPG Lancer, RGB, 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz, DDR5, CL40 - AX5U6000C4016G-DCLARBK. I dont know if this brand is good but it is the supported memory kit.

My second option is Corsair Vengeance, 32GB (2x16GB), 5600MHz, DDR5, CL36 - CMK32GX5M2B5600C36
