Question I just built a x570 MPG Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi build and now it keeps saying ethernet cable unplugged and rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting

just built this beautiful baby today and now the internet rapidly cuts in and out, before you ask the cable works, i've tried 4 of them, and the it isn't the router that is fine. please help & i think the board is faulty. And i've updated all the drivers

All of that I've done and figured out I needed to go to 100mbps half-duplex just 100 up and 100 down , and TBH I want someone to explain to me why I have to have a limit Every time I choose full it just reads 1mbps when on ( WiFi 6) I get 400 down and 600 up.....

Won't work with that, it'll just rapid disconnect and reconnect... The default is auto...
