I just built my first PC and it shuts off after a few minutes of use.

Is it sitting on carpet? the downfacing power supply cannot breathe if it is. If it's not on carpet, check by putting your hand behind the supply and feeling for airflow. Check your CPU temps, that fan speed seems high. You may not have your heatsink on well (either not tight or crooked).

The Shutdown is instant. No warning at all. I believe I did not check my CPU/GPU temperatures. Would I be able to view these from my BIOS or do I need another program? Thanks for the quick reply! :3

It is sitting on a piece of cardboard which is on my carpet. I don't have anywhere else to put it. Thanks.
