So just today, I started up my pc. I tried entering BIOS by hitting delete, and it ended up showing me "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

Also, another weird thing: If I put a USB in the PC before turning it on, it just turns on and shows nothing on the monitor.

Parts:

Motherboard: MSI B360 A-PRO
CPU: Intel i5 8600k
RAM: Kingston Fury HyperX DDR4-2400 (1x16GB)
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair CX450 (non modular)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200RPM
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterAir G100M
Case: Corsair Spec-Omega (white)

Solution
Those messages are from BIOS, but is going straight into boot and not pausing from your DEL, try F2. Some Motherboard have different key combo for BIOS CONFIG, consult manual as needed.

If still can't, may want to CLEAR CMOS, this is often taking a jumper out for 1 minute and replug, again consult manual for exactly procedure.

I couldn't get into the bios. I haven't installed the OS (Windows 10 Home) yet, because I can't get to the bios
