I just got a 1080ti and its not performing as it should be with youtube benchmarks

I got my 1080ti yesterday and when i play all the new games like Ghost Recon wildlands and masseffect andromada they get bad fps on all settings like mass effect it ranges from 80 fps to 40 or less ghost 50 to 20 fps i game on 1080p so it shouldnt be a issue.

my rig is:

Nvidia 1080ti
i5 4690k
16gb ddr3 ram
650 watt gold
H97 asus moba
1tb hdd
2tb hdd
500gb ssd
60hz monitor 1080p

Go to Nvidia control panel>manage 3d settings. Scroll down to power management mode and select "prefer max performance"
Open your control panel and select ''power options" choose high performance.
