[SOLVED] I just got a Ryzen 5 3600x and the voltage is running high at 1.41 average. Is this okay?

I set my voltage manually in my ASUS prime motherboard to be 1.35v but for some reason HWinfo is telling me that I'm running around 1.42 to 1.43v. I'm not really into overclocking and it seems that AI Suite 3 decided I should be and I was getting BSODs, so I uninstalled it and manually set my voltage to a safe level. I'm not sure what to do because I'm not very experienced in OC'ing. Any help appreciated.
