Question I just got new components and it’s running 1 fps

I just got new components and it was working fine before but now it’s running 1-3 fps. I installed GeForce drivers but that’s it. I have a
asus 3070ti
Msi pro WiFi 670 motherboard
Ryzen 9 7950x
2x16 ddr5 Corsair Vengence ram
And some cooler I don’t know the name of because it’s old

Did you do a clean Windows install ?

With a new motherboard, a clean (wipe EVERYTHING) install is recommended.

You just need to reinstall windows, onedrive backup shouldn't cause any problems.
