i just got this pc and everything i do like watch youtube , play games on steam i just have audio/lag spikes

See if you can install an older/newer driver to see if that will resolve your issue

The GPU could be overheating

Your ram could be the issue, try and take the sticks out and re-insert them

De-fragment your Hard Drive
