Question I just installed a graphics card and there is no video output. Why is that?

Hi.
It would be great if someone can shed some light what is going on.
Right,my desktop runs completely fine without the graphics card installed, like it can boot windows and etc.
When I install the graphics card onto my motherboard the computer does not even boot up. Not even to bios

The spec of the pc
Asrock h270 4 pro
Intel Core i5-8600k
GIGABYTE AUROS 2080 SUPER
SEASONIC FOCUS 650 GOLD PSU
2 X 8GB 2666MZ RAMS

go to bios and check if the pci port is disabled (do it without video card)

Already checked it mate everything is turned on i used it for about 8 days only yeaterday it dind't turn on , just says no display everything turns on including the graphics card for about 30 seconds then the fans stop spinning and only the RGB is on only when i remove it the system starts working again , maybe my psu fryied ir something..?
