[SOLVED] I just installed a new CPU, but my system won't boot into Windows 10?

I've upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 2600 to a 5600x and while it was fine before, my system now won't boot off of my M.2 drive.
It'll boot into Automatic Repair, but only give the troubleshooting option. When listing drives in Command Prompt, my 3 hdds get listed, but not my M.2. It shows up in my bios as a bootable drive, but once I'm in Automatic Repair, it's just gone.
I've tried reseating the M.2, disconnecting my hdds (but then the M.2 doesn't show in bios), all the options listed in Automatic Repair (all of which error out or tell me to restart pc and select an os, which I can't), cleared cmos, and checked/changed how my drives booted (from UEFI to Legacy and vice versa)

Bios was updated from F50 to F62d as well.

CPU - Ryzen 5600x (from 2600)
Mobo - Gigabyte B450 Aorus M
M.2 - Samsung 950 Pro 512gb

Solution
After BIOS update - BIOS settings get reset to defaults.
You have to return boot process related settings to previous values.
Main ones are - sata controller mode (IDE, AHCI, RAID), boot mode (UEFI, legacy/CSM).
Also disable fast boot and secure boot.

Can you execute following in recovery environment and show a photo of the result?

diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
list partition
list volume

Bios was updated from F50 to F62d as well.
How was progression of this update?
Because i see some of the warnings there

]Note:
Before updating BIOS to this new version, you MUST follow the steps as detailed under BIOS F40 description.

Note:
  1. If you are using Q-Flash Utility to update BIOS, make sure you have updated BIOS to F32 before F40
  2. Before update BIOS to F40, you have to install EC FW Update Tool (B19.0517.1 or later version) to avoid 4DIMM DDR incompatibility on 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ CPU

Try to put 2600x and see if it still works
Try disabling TPM protection because you may have drives locked to 2600x, so 5600x cannot boot in (if i understand how TPM bitlocker works...)

I've already made sure to set my settings to what I originally had them to. When I have CSM enabled, I have no access to secure boot and I never used fast boot. I'm gonna try DimkaTsv's suggestion of putting my 2600 in first and see if it's due to bitlocker, if not, I'll get back to you with the images. Though, when I did list disk, the M.2 didn't show up there. Same when preparing a fresh Windows install.

I had no issues updating my bios using QFlash. Those instruction were probably just for that specific generation because I haven't had a single issue so far other than my drive not working properly. I am going to switch my cpu though and try the bitlocker thing, so HOPEFULLY that's what fixes it :)
