[SOLVED] I just installed a Seagate HDD but having some issues

As the title says I' m having some issues after installing my seagate hdd
I'm trying to initialize it in Disk Management but it says "A device which does not exist was specified" after I confirm it
EDIT:
The Drive is an 7200.12 Drive

Right click the drive and select properties.
Click the Security tab, click the Edit button, select your user name and take Full control of the drive.

Is that a USB external HDD?
Are you connecting to a laptop or desktop?

Nope its SATA desktop

Check that the SATA cable is seated properly.
Try connecting it to another SATA port.
Check that the SATA port is not damaged.

I have re-seated it 2 times with 2 diffrent cables
It shows up in Disk Manager but there is not disk space size shown

Did you also check the SATA power cable?
Is that a new HDD ?
Could you post a screen shot of Disk Management.

Yep the drive is spinning and no its not a new hdd it
