I just moved, everything works fine except now my PC shuts off by itself after 5 to 60 minutes.

I took my PC apart and shipped all the parts separately, with no apparent damage to any of them.
The only thing I changed was the case and my location (I'm in Japan now from the US).
Everything seems fine on the hardware side, except the GPU fan only spins for about half a second when I boot the computer up, but doesn't spin again after that.

Any thoughts? I'm not getting any specific errors, it just shuts off. And when I reboot it gives me the safe mode option, but otherwise no specific errors.

Here are my PC components:
ASRock B75M-DGS
Intel Core i3-3220
CORSAIR Builder Series CX430
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133
MSI Power Edition N650Ti

I once had this problem and I had to reset my whole PC for it to fix the problem I would recommend saving all your imortant files to a usb and restetting it to factory settings.

That doesn't seem like a very good next step to take, more like a last-resort kind of thing, since everything was working fine before and nothing on the software side has changed.

if i remember correctly, japan uses 100 volts as their electric voltage base :/

On putting it all back together, did you take the cooler off the CPU? If so, did you clean and reapply the thermal paste?

What are your temps when it shuts down?

i had this problem ones i fixed it by taking of the cpu cooler completely and putting it back on with some new thermal paste
