I have a thermaltake lite power 550 watt power supply..can this power supply run a Gigabyte 1050ti GPU?

Since GTX 1050 Ti is only 75W GPU, you have plenty of headroom wattage wise. Though, PSU's build quality isn't the best but most likely, you'd be fine.
