I just need to know for sure if all of these will work fine together.

I've looked at everything and came to a conclusion that everything should work together, but I just want to get a second opinion on it all.

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING, ACX 2.0 (Single Fan), 3GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC), 03G-P4-6162-KR

GIGABYTE GA-A320M-S2H (AMD Ryzen AM4 / MicroATX / 2xDDR4/ HDMI/ Realtek ALC887/ 3xPCIe/ USB3.1 Gen 1/ LAN/ Motherboard)

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Processor with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics

That's everything I'm trying to upgrade to. If anyone has ANY better suggestions for me, please comment :)
Another note, I'm trying to keep it relatively cheap, like close to 400. Thankyou :)

It might not work because the Ryzen 3 2200G is a 2nd-generation Ryzen processor and the A320 is a 1st-generation Ryzen chipset. The motherboard might need a bios update to be compatible. You can avoid that by choosing a B450 motherboard instead.

The single stick of RAM will hold you back compared to 2x4GB in dual-channel. The faster the RAM speed the better. Typically 2666MHz is the lowest I recommend for an AMD gaming system, while 3000 and 3200 is the sweet spot for price/performance.

I typically don't recommend the GTX 1060 3GB now. Games like more vram. I'd recommend the RX 570 4GB or 580 4GB instead.
