Solution Colif Oct 10, 2020 DId you clean install windows since swapping from the APU to CPU? as that would be only reason you getting that error. Now I wonder if running DDU and removing AMD GPU drivers would fix it - https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/ otherwise you might need to clean install if answer to top question was no.

Colif Win 11 Master Moderator Jun 12, 2015 66,864 6,928 168,140 Oct 10, 2020 #4 perhaps it started happening after a windows update which had reawakened your PC to fact it has AMD display drivers installed and no AMD card to use. its generally difficult to get drivers onto a device that doesn't have the hardware.
