I keep getting an error message,

I get an error message when trying to post comments on news articles,any ideas ?

I get a red banner underneath my post which simply reads An error has occured.

This seems to be the generic message for any kind of error. Just trying to vote on a comment twice produces the same thing.

A generic error message ??? System designer needs a swift kick in the you know where. Hopefully this can be sorted out quickly.

I know there have been quite a few issues with the new commenting system. Hopefully they will be resolved very soon. Until then, you can always click the Quote icon next to the comment count to see the comments on the forums. This will let you respond there.

It is weird you are having an issue though, it worked for myself. When did it start? You're on the US site right?

It looks like others have had the issue and kept trying to re-post. My post is actually there now.

I get this as well when voting on comments on the US site.
