I keep getting Blue Screen of Death

make sure the motherboard has the newest bios file on in and under ai tuner the mb dram speed set to xmp. with 4 dimms you may have to bump the dram voltage. make sure the mb running in standard mode.

Are you able to boot into safe mode? Have you made any changes such as adding new hardware to installing a driver or drivers just prior to this happening?

Yeah I'm able to boot in safe mode. Haven't made any changes well I doubt I have.

If you are able to boot into safe mode then I'm guessing it is either a faulty device driver since not all drivers load in safe mode.

Do you have any external devices connected when you boot (with the exception of the keyboard, mouse and monitor)?

You can use something like BlueScreenView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) to read the dump file and get more details about the problem.
