I keep getting BSOD new computer

My build is a
-Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
-Corsair Vengeance x2 8Gb
-1Tb Black Western Digital HD
-500 W Corsair Power supply Bronze
-Asus Geforce Gtx 650Ti

My Gpu also doesn't show up on dxdiag and on device manager it shows up as a Yellow Triangle, I installed latest drivers
i tried doing clr cios didn't help.

It Bsods after 2 minutes when i boot up and log onto my account, Im running Windows 8 64bit
the bsod error is irql_not_less_or_equal

I also set my gpu drivers to gen 1,2 but it didn't work

could be the board my asrock extreme 3 was a pain it eventually died

Ok i fixed it and my gpu works now but i cant install drivers for my gpu.
