Question I keep getting Kernel 41 (63) critical error on event viewer every time I save a setting in the BIOS, why is this?

I have also gotten Kernel 41 during gaming in recent times and had to adjust my fan curve with MSI afterburner and also under volt which causes me to stutter at times. So far so good but I can’t stop getting this kernel 41 when I save something in the BIOS. Anyone have a solution and what’s the likeliest thing that is causing this problem?
