Causes aren't clear. Careful with ccleaner as it can delete dump files.

tricky, you on BIOS 0420, its not on the website - https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-crosshair/rog-crosshair-x670e-hero-model/helpdesk_bios/ (seems from looking its the default bios)
Latest BIOS is 0705, updating it could help
