I keep getting RunDLL error on start up

i keep getting this error all the time when i start up my windows 7 OS

i already replaced the prefts.dll but i will keep getting the error. any idea how i can fix the issue....

hey guys thank you so much for your answers and willing to help me and im so glad for you guys replies... and i salute you guys for that .

and this is what i did.. there was a folder called SecSrv folder created in the windows directory and what did was renamed the folder SecSrv-Backup. i think this might be an virus issue. and now the issue is not there anymore and sorted other DLL issues.

im sharing this with you guys so now you guys know what to do if this kind of error is there..

Can you not enter to your desktop?

yes i can enter to the desktop after clicking "OK".
