I keep getting this error

I tried installing the .NET again and I have tried everything I can but This issue is not present thats what it keeps saying

" The location where Windows Update stores data has changed and must be repaired. "

My specs are:
NXZT Phantom 410
Hydro Series H75 Liquid CPU Cooler - Corsair
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU 3.40 GHz
Geforce GTX 760
ASUS P8 Z77-V LK
16gb ram
Corsair CS 650M Power Supply

You should not need to install the same version of .NET again on a machine, and earlier versions are not necessary for most software.

Try checking for file system corruption (sfc /scannow), and if that doesn't help try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058
