I keep pressing alt f10 but it just keeps asking for my password which I don't know please help

I have an Acer e5-511 series I cannot remember the password and want to just reset the whole thing but when I press power then alt f10 it keeps saying enter password pls help me I don't know what else to do contact me at {EMAIL REMOVED} thank you, Bonnie

We can not help you bypass security features. It is against the rules of this board. There is no way to validate that you have legitimate ownership of the laptop. All you can do is contact the manufacturer.
