I Killed my 1060

I somehow killed my 1060 when installing an Accellero Arctic Cooler on it and now I don't really know what i can do. With all the price changes to GPUs recently kinda screwed. I also dont have another system to test it with. All i know is my onboard graphics works, but when the GPU goes in i get no signal out. Any input on a new budget card would be nice or anything i could do to maybe fix my card, that would be great!

yes it did
