I know nothing about Computers. My dad gifted me a Dell Inspiron N5040 in 2012. Now my laptop can't play new games. Integrated

I think I messed up the detail part. :/ Newbie things.
I saved 340 $ and can save up to 400 $. I would like everyone to focus on 340 $ budget first. You guys are geniuses. You can come up with combination. If not, I'll gladly and humbly accept 400 $ suggestions. I know both of these budgets aren't enough but I'm not an ultra freak.
Thank you.

Ultra cheap rig, that can play basically all games today on medium/high settings.
Note you need windows, monitor, mouse, keyboard and soundsystem (speakers/headphones).

I want to ask another question. This will sound stupid. It most probably is. What if I buy a Core 2 Quad 2.40 GHz, 8 GB RAM with a GTX 750 TI? Will it run stuff in a smooth manner? Finding an old MOBI isn't an issue if that's the only issue existing.

This can´t play newer games ... there is no dedicated graphics card. You´ll be stuck to older games and games that have virtually no graphics demand.
