i have some problems with my pc for the last couple of months when i play Evolve or watchdogs my pc would reset no bosd so i did a bt of research on the internet and i thought it might be the psu since my temps were normal

right now i am using a 650 watt from Corsair will that seasonic 650 be stable with my specs? because the Corsair is causing the shutdowns or what not

Thanks and one last question if thats alright i'm not quite sure if the psu is the problem the reason i'm gonna buy is i don't have a friend to borrow, so any ideas whats causing the resets because i some games it doesnt reboot?

Most of the time it is the PSU , if it's a CX or VS should be changed right away.

yup its a VS from corsair but its a year old psu so i was confused a bit but why in some games though? i can play batman arkham asylum just fine maxed and splintercell conviction too tried Evolve restarts and watchdogs too but on lowest settings i made it through the game fora second and reboots XD so its the psu then yeah?

They are the lowest in the Corsair lineup in terms of quality and reliability , don't handle stress well.

so here is the thing i can't get the above mentioned psu right now its gonna take 5 days to deliver i don't wanna wait so i have 1 choice which is the ax 750 from corsair the old one is it good?

a quick update changed the PSU and i think the problem is solved for now it didn't crash on the games that used to but will update again after some time.
