Hello, i have problem i looking upgrade my Computer :
My system spec:
CPU : I5 4670K OC'ed to 4.30Ghz*Edit
GPU : MSI R9 290 Gaming 4G
RAM : HyperX 4x4GB 1600Mhz
MOBO : MSI Z97 GAMING 5
PSU : Chieftec 750w Modular
SSD : Samsung Evo 850
HDD : Segate 1TB
Soo, what i should change first upgrade CPU or GPU my budget is 500$ i looking for 1070ti but my processor is not weak ? I play games like PUBG

Solution
If anything I would think if it's a lower quality unit it may not be to supply enough power to everything causing the lower performance but someone else who knows Chieftec PSU's will have to say something about it. Even though the unit is "750W" it may not deliver that much power and I know those R9 290's require quite a bit of power.

As for the temp 94C is hot but safe for that 290, my buddy has my old one and it's been running at 95C (reference design) since they came out without issues.

PUBG is a horribly optimized game and I doubt your hardware is the problem, hopefully it will be updated when it leaves early access this month. If GTA V is causing issues then you may benefit from the GPU upgrade and for the CPU I would overclock it as far as it will safely go as long as you have good cooling. Another possible issue is that PSU, I don't know if Chieftec is very good.

1070ti can do over 60 FPS in any game at max settings at 1080p (and in many that is way more then 60). Your CPU should be able to achieve same in most games too. For example, AC Origins, your CPU does average 69 FPS, while gtx 1080 also does average 69 FPS. So I don't see much of bottleneck here, perhaps on some CPU heavy games.

Is it possible my PSU pushing to much power to my GPU and that's why my GPU throttles ?
Ohhh sorry I did not write in the subject my CPU is OC'ed to 4.30Ghz.
