Nope, you're stuck with having to purchase another set.
Those receivers are hard coded to the hardware that they come with.

If it's a Unifying keyboard then you can use any of them. If not, some of the receivers have software or connect function to pair with another setup, usually a button on the device that you push, and then push the button the keyboard to link them up again. Depends on your model.
