Lost my phone a week later i got a new one with the same number i cant remember my gmail password i can only get my old old gmail i need to get back the one ive been using for the past 2 years ive tryed recovery and they say there no such account

Yuu have used the mobile number too right when registering your GMAIL account? use that to recover?
