Question I lost my portable devices in Device manager

I was having a problem in my MTP and tried fixing which made it worst as I accidentally deleted my Device on Portable Devices in Device Manager.. What do I do?

MTP = Media Transport Protocol - Correct?

What portable device?

Have you tried reinstalling?

My phone, the laptop won't show my phone on the explorer. But then i checked the device manager and portable device, my phone was there and i Deleted it. I did try to reinstallbut there's this error code 10. And the laptop still wouldn't read the phone
