I lost my windows folder on my bottom taskbar I need it back

I made a mistake I unpinned my windows folder that took me to all of my folders in my computer.
I don't know where or how to get my windows folder back on my bottom task bar.
I used that icon a lot
help how do you get or repin a folder to come back to the bottom task bar

If it's anything like Windows 7, just drag any folder from the desktop to the task bar.

Right click the taskbar, [goto] [toolbars] find windows folder. [left click or check it]. Hope this helps.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. Unfortunately none of them worked.
None will let me pin to task bar. Windows 7 is not like windows 8.1

Sorry I have no idea what

"Metro interface" even means

I tried opening the computer and right clicking on the computer with the folders nothing will allow me to pin to the task bar.
I don't know what to try. I guess I must have messed up big time... I thought that there must be a place where you could find what programs start up at start and pin from there... If there is I can not find it...

Since this was in the Windows 8 Forum, I thought that is what you were using.

Moving this to Windows 7.

Right click on the Start button
Select 'Open Windows Explorer'
Right click on the "C" drive
Select Pin to taskbar

Once you see "File Explorer", right click on that......you don't see this?
