Question I lost too much space becouse of Microsoft .net framework

I downloaded Far Cry 4. Size is 27gb. I was not gonna extract it from winrar, so i decided to download daemon tools lite and run the installation but in installation of daemon tools lite, but it sayed i need to download microsoft .net framework, OK. I downloaded and installed it, and restarted computer and on startup it sayed " "Configuring updates, please wait" i swear I turned off windows updates, after it finished, i saw that local disk c space fell from 46gb to 18gb. Please i need fast response how to regain that space. (I have Windows 8.1)
