I made a list of parts earlier and I posted the build here, and I have a few more questions.

This is what I'm coming to as a final build, and I've been hearing about the Titan X and I'm wondering if it's worth SLIing two 1080s. I'm aiming for 60-80 or 90 fps at 4k resolution, I have a monitor with g-sync, liquid cooling, and a very good case according to some of the reviews. But here are my questions:

* I think I'm set on just SLIing two regular 1080s as opposed to spend a few thousands on SLIng two Titan Xs, but would it be ideal to spring for a Titan X? I've heard some people saying varying things about the Titan vs 1080s and I read somewhere they were also about to unveil a second Titan cart? In general it's making my head spin trying to decide, but would two regular 1080s be the best bet?

* Is overkill necessarily a bad thing for games when it comes to parts?

* People say that some things (like icons) look strange and some things feel strange depending on your posture between a 21' monitor and a 27' monitor. Is a 24' monitor a good compromise?

Again feel free to tell me if there's anything else I should change about the build.

Solution
If you want liquid cooling, get a 240mm or 280mm radiator. The single fan ones aren't any better and in a lot of cases, worse than a tower air cooler.
There is no way I would SLI two reference cards.

I would absolutely get a more powerful psu. 750w at least and probably 850w.

Get a better cpu cooler. If you insist on a AIO water cooler, get a bigger one.

What's with the $400 1080p monitor?

I was confused of what you meant by two reference cards so I went back and checked. Well I changed it, got an 850w PSU, and got a new monitor, is the new CPU cooler better?

Those are still reference model cards.

This is what I'm talking about. 2 or sometimes 3 large fans instead of one super high speed fan that will sound like a hair dryer.

Okay, so when you say high-speed fan, you mean on the CPU cooler? If so, what high-speed single fan CPU cooler would you recommend? And I'm fairly certain these new GPUs aren't reference cards, I apologize if they are, it seems as though there's something strange going on with my list.

And Internal drive bays on a case is the amount of optical drives that can fit into a case right? Or are those external drives?

I'm talking about the video cards when I say reference design.

This is what the reference cards look like. Notice one small fan.

This is what the 3rd party cards look like. Notice the two larger fans.

The reference design cannot match the performance of the 3rd party designs. The reference design runs hotter and louder and also does not have the overclocking ability.

Oh I see, well the MSI GTX 1080 cards I picked out are hopefully not for reference.

So it doesn't matter how many fans my liquid CPU cooler has?

Okay so I'll change to a 280mm radiator, and after I've changed my video cards, my monitor, my PSU, etc. Does this seem like the optimal build for 60 or 80-90fps at 4k?
