Question I may have bricked my card?

I messed up and accidentally plugged my vega 64 into a PCIe1 slot while the psu was still powered. RGB powers on but the fans aren't working.
I have two other cards plugged into the motherboard that work just fine. Thinking maybe I just killed the PCIe1 slot, I took out the other gpus and moved the vega 64 up to the PCIe16 but still have the same problem. I'm thinking maybe I fried the gpu? I have since removed the vega 64 and everything seems to be working fine with the other cards. Any advice could help as I'm noobish and need ideas. Thanks much.

Any slight misaligned while inserting the gpu could have cause a damaging short. From your description it does unfortunately sound like the gpu have been killed.
