I messed up my boot disk please help

So I was trying to install MacOs on my windows laptop, in the installation I used Disk Utility to create a new HFS partition on my SSD (the same one with windows and *all* of my files), the operation failed and now it won't boot or even detect it as a bootable drive.

In Disk Utility, it says the file system on the SSD is Mac Os Extended (which is HFS). I do have Mac Os on the laptop now (on my HDD- SSD appears to be useless).

I downloaded GParted on a bootable USB, in this it shows 7 partitions on the SSD

1. NTFS - Recovery - 500mb (489mb unused) - hidden, diag
2. Unknown - 100mb - msftdata
3. Unknown - 16mb - msftres
4. Unknown - 464GB
5.Unallocated - 128.15mb
6. NTFS - 865mb (350mb unused) - hidden, diag
7. Unallocated - 1mb

How can I fix this?? I've literally spent over 7 hours trying to resolve this and I've gotten precisely nowhere.

I'd really rather not lose all of my files

I have a backup 1TB HDD installed as well, 1 partition has MacOs on it- but it doesn't utilize my keyboard or network card

I also have a Mac, with which I'm posting right now. It does have bootcamp so I have Windows and High Sierra on it

I'm really at a loss. I need some help. Please.
