I might have damaged my cpu

Okay so this was my first build. I had 700$ in parts and I just started building yesterday. It will take about 15 days for my ram to come in. What I am worried about is my cpu. I was so nervous that while installing it I accidentally rubbed the bottom pins on my ryzen 3 on the bar that you pull up while installing a cpu. I looked at the bottom for a split second and I don’t think I saw anything but I can’t stop thinking about it and I will be in stress for 15 days before I can test it. Is it more likely to be broken or not. I don’t know how fragile these are. I rubbed the bottom against the lever and I don’t know if it’s broken or not.

Installing CPU to motherboard can be very easy to break the pins because i did it 3 weeks ago bent the pins on my new motherboard and spilt paste over cpu but check the cpu and motherboard to see if there any bent pins or take an photo off them both and post it in this thread! But dont stress until you have tried it out!

Then i dont know what to say because motherboard pins can be easy to bend that why you need to be careful but if your going to be worrying for 15 days then i would suggest before take an picture and dont try to scrap off the thermal paste because i did this with two motherboards these past years!

If there's a bent pin on an AMD CPU, it doesn't easily slide into the socket; you have to press on it hard enough for the pin(s) to bend completely.

Since the CPU never was powered up, thermal paste doesn't have to be replaced.
