I modded my VBIOS on an HD 5750, and have lost the stock one

This GPU is not a regular HD 5750, it has a black shroud and looks OEM, and has the product number A103200063589

I backed up the OG BIOS, but I had to reinstall Windows, and lost it.
If anyone can be of assistance, I would very much appreciate it, as without the stock VBIOS, the card won't display on HDMI.
