Question I moved my computer (3 hour drive) graphics card stopped working

EVGA 1060. PSU HX650
Fans spin up for a few seconds and then stop. Light on card stay on.

Things I have tried:

1. re-seat GPU
2. check GPU power connection to PSU, try a different power cable
3. Intel built in gpu works fine, I am using the PC fine right now otherwise WITH the non-functional card plugged in
4. Put it in a different PC with a 550TX corsair and the computer won't turn on it starts for like .2 seconds. Tried a different slot and it did the same thing. Other computer starts fine after removing the GPU.

What else can I try?

How did you Transport the pc ?
and I personnally think something happened to the gpu maybe somewhere in the connector to the pci slot

Just in the back of my car, vertically. That specific GPU does wobble up and down a lot and I figure it probably bobbed up and down during the trip.

Based on what I posted can I rule out PSU?

I said PCI Slot not the psu , MAybe a small pin from the gpu broke during a roadbump thats what im saying

Yeah sorry it was a tangent. I'm asking if I can rule out PSU and just buy another graphics card
