I moved some steam games to a new hard drive and now steam does not recognize them as installed.

So I have minimal computer experience. I built my pc but over the holidays I got enough money for a new HDD. I installed it today and I wanted to move my games over to the new drive. I have them moved but now when I open steam it does not recognize them as installed and won't open. Can anyone help?

You have to tell it where they are now. Go into your library and change their location
