They are both good. I prefer the g3 series as i find them a tad bit superior

The G3 is better quality but either will work just fine.

The EVGA B3 has hazardous Over Power Protection, avoid it. The EVGA G3 on the other hand is an excellent performing and quality power supply. Definitely worth the loss of 100w, as for a single gpu system 550w would be more than enough

Unless you have like a 200w TDP CPU and overclocking both gpu and CPU, yes.

Garbage!!!!!!!!!!! You have a lot to learn OVP is not even regulated you can set to anything you wish and still say it has it. That is very overrated.
