So I am looking for a new 144hz monitor. It should be 1920x1080 and over. 1ms delay max ofc.

It should not be a 50” screen. Around 24”-27”.

So, the budget is 320$ Max.

I have been looking at the obvious vg248QE.

Any reply would be nice. Also I do pull over 100 fps in most heavy games. So getting 144 is no problem

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4P05VS0344 Asus PG278QR TN. It was on sale for $609.

It was between this and two IPS panels: AGON AG271QG and the Viewsonic XG2703-GS. All 3 are 27" 1440p G-Sync. In the end I went with the TN, as pro and customer reviews had few to nil backlight-bleed an zero (IPS) glow, hence why I steered clear of the Asus PG279Q as it has alot of QC-returns.

Using Aorus GTX 1080 Ti; OC +50 core-clock/+500 mem-clock

If I'm not happy with the Asus, I'll return it and flipa coin on one of the IPS panels... That panel that Hellfire13 showed, is a good buy. If you have a NV 900 series or newer GPU, you can play around with DSR-modes (in the NV control panel) to sim higher resolutions like...

Well actually, I found out it doesn't support G-Sync. Because it's apparently a really old model ;/ Kinda bummed about that.
Also Just read that it has ghosting issues The VG248QE

I have been looking at this: AOC 24" LED G-Sync g2460Pg

I don't really know what else to look for. There will always be problems I guess. Some monitors dont have isp, some doesn't have gsync, some is 5ms delay, bla bla bla. There isn't a perfect monitor D;

I know the feeling... Been shopping for a new one here for a month and finally pulled the trigger on one and arrives in 2 days. I'll see if one-months worth of research worked out or not ;]

But it does go over my budget. but Maybe I gotta go all in on a monitor... Atm I have a vs278 which is only 60 hz.

But which monitor did you get? And what's your graphics card and such
