I bought this mobo: https://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-de-baza/msi/b450-gaming-plus-max/
and this RAM: https://www.pcgarage.ro/memorii/cor...ck-16gb-ddr4-3600mhz-cl18-dual-channel-kit-2/

This is the mobo's specification page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PLUS-MAX/Specification
I am afraid the RAM will not work with the MOBO since the RAM speed isnt in the specification list(even tho it says that it supports up 4000+MHz). My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600. Should I cancel the command(which is being shipped to me atm) and go with lower freq ram(3466MHz) or will the 3600MHz kit work.

Thank you!

Here is the RAM QVL for your Motherboard

MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max

I don't see your RAM in that list. That doesn't necessarily mean your RAM will not work though. In general, RAM listed in QVLs are kits that have been tested and are known to work. It could be your RAM was never tested.

If it doesn't work, update your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version and try again. In general, the later the BIOS date, the better the RAM compatibility.

PS - I always buy RAM listed in the QVL for my motherboard and have never had a compatibility issue.
