I am planning on upgrading my CPU to an i7 6700k, and 16 gbs of ddr4 ram, I really don't want to spend a lot on a motherboard though, so I would like to know the cheapest possible motherboard that is DDR4 and supports an i7

Gigabyte Z170M-D3h

Decent OC headroom in there too.

If I could, I'd budget more into an Asus Z170A. Pretty solid 150 motherboard.
