The nice thing about partpicker is that you can adjust your search parameters and widen
or narrow your choices. After that you can look at the completed builds using your candidates
and get a feel for what can be achieved.
The Fractal case is more popular but is a mid tower and wouldn't make it under those parameters.

Or you could search on the web for the top ten cases. Top Five builds. Or come here and
solicit advice without having any preferences and receive opinions from whoever is around
and attracted to the thread title. They'll give you the benefit of their expertise and biases
and perhaps a lively discussion will result and you will learn all sorts of things you hadn't
considered.
So, let's say after a diligent search and a little agonizing you arrive at those three cases by
your selection process. Pretend dollars are short and you are frugal but you don't want to
inadvertently hobble your build due to price when expansion or air flow or mounting
possibilities are considered.
Bring them here and say what you want to do, why and how. Ask the questions that still
stymie you or cause you some trepidation.
I bought a Raven03 all by myself and put two separate systems in it over time. It was
very unique and had the motherboard mounted offset by 90 degrees so that large
fans at the bottoms pushed air up and out the top through the add on cards. It was a
slog to build either setup. I switched to a ThermalTake Core V71 and it was night
and day for all the things you are thinking about.
