AOC make really good monitors at a fair price, you could go for a TA panel as it is for work.

many monitors now only have outlet for headphones as the market wants small, compact framesaroun the screen. You can always get a small external speaker for very little and connect it, would give you much better sound in anycase.

Do you have thrift stores of sorts? A place to buy donated goods. I’ve found many decent monitors in my local stores and have gotten 24 inch 1080p monitors for 10$

Well eBay may be your best friend in this case your not really gonna be able to get a new monitor for so cheap. You might even be able to get a decently higher end older monitor on eBay for 50$
