You can hook it up to whatever size monitor/TV is desired...

Almost any dual core or above PC with at least 2 GB of RAM (8 GB is better, of course) made since 2005 will run PowerPoint without issue...

IBuyPower has some deals on Ryzen R5-1600 based builds, i hear....if looking for a pre-built...

If all you are doing is word, excel, or powerpoint then these are overkill
All you need is:
4-8gb ram
possibly a Intel Pentium G4560 ($60USD) which runs great
If you find a desktop or even computer with these for cheap then I would get it. You wont need a expensive graphics card because you arent gaming.

$400? Perhaps....

Either check Dell, or look for lease trade-ins with lat least 8 GB of RAM....
