I need a cooler for my cpu only got 140mm room

I have a asrock 970 extreme4 mobo with a amd 6300fx processor and need a better cooler as the stock one is rubbish. I only have 140mm clearance what would be the best one to get?

My case is a budget one no brand looking to upgrade in the future but I have installed a 140mm corsair fan on the side to help with air flow which restricts my clearance that's why I only have 140mm to play with. Got around £40 for my cooler
