I need a CPU, Case, Ram, Mobo for 300$ CAD or under

I need a pc build consisting of a CPU, Case, Ram, Mobo and maybe other parts like fans or optical drives. I already have the Hard Drive, Power Supply and the graphics card. My PSU is a 500w and my GPU is a gtx 750. I play games like CS: GO, GTA V, L.A. Noire and Euro Truck Simulator 2. My monitor resolution is 1080x1024. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I was looking at a Intel Pentium G3258, 8gb of ddr3 pc3-12800 ram, ASUS h81m-PLUS motherboard and a silverstone precision ps08 case for 278$.
