I need a Creative Inspire T7900 driver

Just like what it says in the title. I need a driver for my speakers so i can finally have sound back.
My sound card is Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (26xxx)
I have a Dell dimension 9200 running on Windows Vista

that or its an old model and its not supported on vista
